Can I use this drive that I have working to image multiple computers or do I have to re-image the thumb drive after i image a pc everytime?

is there a trial ver of this came and is it the same as windows mine weepers just better graphics?

I can create a USB bootable drive for Windows 7 OEM disc, but for Windows 8, Im getting something like "cannot find NTLDR...". Why is that?
