Hi, I'm trying to do UltraVance on Terminal 2 naturally on Windows startup. As I heard this is out of the realm of possibility, can I host an UltraVNC event on Terminal 2 (from Terminal 1??) without being physically connected to Terminal 2?

Yes, you can connect from T1 to T2.
The VNC server needs to be run on T2 in application mode (not as a service)
