As the title says. I am having the mouse on the 3rd of 3 workstation constantly just stop working. I have bought 3 mice so far. The first couple I figured it may be because they were cheap mice but I am starting to think otherwise.
The USB logs show nothing. No errors. Power to the device just stops.
I was thinking that maybe I am over using my USB bus power but I bought a usb hub with a power in line.
While I honestly do not think this is an Aster problem these forums do not offer a section for "help other" and not really many places online that offer a nice place for people to talk about plugging many USB devices into the computer.
Can anyone offer some insight here?
Is the device visible in the manager, when it stops working?
First of all, you need to check the operation with the ASTER disconnected.
Also, in the power settings, you need to uncheck "USB Selective Suspend".
