Hello everyone,

I downloaded the trial of Aster but never did get it functional. It may be some of my hardware, but I'm not sure. Anyway, I ran the uninstall after the trial ended and upon restarting my computer I saw the typical early boot-up screens but soon the entire screen went black with no way to do anything. This was quite some time ago, but I believe I was finally able to start in safe mode and restore my system to a point before the unsuccessful uninstall. Since then I have continued to run the out dated trial simply to avoid this issue since it took quite some time to fix and have not had time to deal with it, but it would be nice to not have to close the program every time I start my computer.

Can anyone help me successfully and fully uninstall the trial software?

Please send into support a technical report from the program (Support Request button -> Basic System Information), and describe the problem, + you can specify a link to this post

Uninstalling software like Aster can cause system errors if not done properly. You can try using third party software like Revo Uninstaller to clean it up thoroughly.
