No matter what game I launch the ingame mouse is invisible and I have no Idea how to fix it. It all started happening once I started using Aster.
Do you hava ATI/AMD GPU? I have been fighting missing cursor in games for ages. It is not directly related to Aster.
I had a similar problems running sims 4. If you press alt+enter you can put the game in window mode and the mouse becomes visible again. I hope this helps
Did you try to use "Hardware Cursor" setting? In Aster settings select Terminals tab, right click on monitor 1.1 (or 1.2 etc) and check "Hardware Cursor".
Had same problem in Tropico 3, dunno if because of Aster of old Game/new GPU, but running it in win8 compatibility mode solved for me.
You have to run the game in Windowed mode or borderless window <Just about all new games support this mode.
