Activate the new version ?

Hello,

I just installed this version : Aster V7 for 2-12 users 32/64 bits (number 1.2.4.16.11.3.1.3.0)
Quite nice, but it seems like i can't activate it so it's in trial mode and will expire in a month. Will this version require an additional purchase ?
I kept the .reg files from the previous version, they are in the right folder, and I ran them too, but it didn't work.
I tried using my serial but it's not working too.

Is there a trick to activate it ?

I have the same issue, reg code does not work, I've recently contacted tech support.

I tried contacting the support but no luck... Don't know what to do.

Customers might be experiencing a technical issue through the website mail system. I've sent a request for help but didn't receive a reply for a week or so, then I sent a few more this time to each department email, then I received a reply. I've received help on the issue, they are still there 😎
