In simple steps :

1) Download game from RIOT
2) Launch the game
2.1) start the tutorial and set the bordless screen or window
3) Go to settings and set your graphic configuration
3) Save all settings
4) Copy the Entire folder RIOT GAME to other drive
5) Run on second workstation League of legend and set the same settings
6) Remember to set the correct short CUT from drive C and D (they are a problem if you run the same game)
7) When you run first time you will got some issue
7.1) dont worry the game can crash or patch or other things BUT ONLY ONCE . After that the game run without any problems i test it many times for be sure
