Hey my name is Tyler From West John auto, located in New York, my aster program was giving me some problems but I called my friend here that stayed on call with me for 45 min to 1 hour to help me & I couldn’t figure it out myself so he showed and did everything for me step by step to make my problem fixed. It was a very busy day and I needed it done. I wouldn’t have been able to keep our shop open that day if he did not help me get the computers to start working! I appreciate all the help and service he provided. Aster is a great program & helps our company significantly to multitask so much work we have to do. Thank you
