I used a trial account with no problems but now that I purchased an account I seem to start having a problem with trying to boot up with the software enabled. I get stuck on the windows loading screen and it never moves. I rebooted in safe mode and disabled the software. Then I rebooted and my computer booted normally with using Aster. I tried re-enabling but I continue to get the same problem.

I using WIndows 10 Version 1511 (OS Build 10586.456)
Video Card. Amd R9 280 3b Radeon Software 16.6.2

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well, I've rolled back to a previous driver on my graphics card. Tried reinstalling Aster. Nothing has worked. I guess I'll just have to have install an older OS to dual boot. Seems odd that just stopped working after I purchased the software. Maybe someone will figure out a remedy.

Im resolve this. Remove all upgrade Windows 10 and Turn off automic upgrade in process.
My conclusion its. You need clean Windows 10 and be worked fine. 😀

The same for me today - after some Windows updates (eg cumulative update for ver. 1511) I get stuck on Windows boot logo - had to revert to restore point.. But there are some critical updates so it is not much safe to not install these updates.. but with them, I can not use Aster.. :-/

We confirm the problem of Windows not starting with the ASTER software enabled.
The problem emerged due to the ASTER incompatibility to the latest system update (KB3172985, build 10586.494).
We are working on the problem and making efforts to provide a solution within a day.
Meanwhile you can boot your PC in Windows safe mode or in ASTER safe mode and disable the ASTER software.
To enter the ASTER safe mode (if Windows safe mode is not available), just reset or power off/on the computer once
at early boot phase, right after the logo and dots appeared.

I was having this issue support emailed me and explained the same thing. However today i asked whats next from here and they quietly updated aster today to a new version. Go to ibik.ru get the latest v2.12 and everything is working like before. Enjoy 🙂
