I brought Aster Yesterday, and i registered it. It told me it was activated, then a few seconds later told me it's no longer valid. So i went to add it again and it says it's already in use. I've not been able to use it since i purchased it. And still no reply from support. What a let down.
Customers might be experiencing a technical issue through the website mail system. I've sent a request for help but didn't receive a reply for a week or so, then I sent a few more this time to each department email, then I received a reply. I've received help on the issue, they are still there 😎
Could you send me a PM or write here the e-mail you received a reply on please? It's been 3 days since i purchased this and i still cannot use it and no reply feels like i've been robbed. I'm probably going to see if Paypal can refund me soon if i don't hear anything.

Hi,
I just bought a AsterV7 x2 Pro license and I'm getting an activation error.
I have version 2.0b(1.2.4.18.12.3.1.3.2) x64 trial installed. When I enter my 25 digit activation ID, I get a message saying: "Bad activation status 2(Registration information is invalid) Check your Activation ID"
I tried disabling my firewall just in case, but same thing.
support@ibik.ru has not answered my email I sent March 5...
Wow, what really bad support.. Well there is none. I advise anyone from buying this software to not. Still no reply after 5 e-mails.
If you are using 2.0b you should upgrade to 2.10. Maybe it is a beta expiring problem.

Maybe you can solve it by reactivating your license. But due to a limited count of reactivations this should be your last option. It seems like Aster is using a kind of Star Force protection. Maybe something is interfering with the copy protection. I would first try a clean boot and then try to reinstall.
I got a e-mail now and a new key. got it solved. 🙂
