Is there some way to manage where an application opens?

One constant issue is my firewall requests always open on the workplace in my living room and not on the office workplace in the other room. This is really annoying as to approve (for example) a browser update I have to walk to another room. I've also seen teamviewer move from one workplace to another after a reboot (solution here is reboot the whole system again and then it often ends up in the right workplace again).192.168.0.1 routerlogin 192.168.l.l
