when i enable aster
screen capturing doesn't work...
but when i turn off aster..
screen capture ( snipping tool) works..
please help me..
This is due to recent windows update. This is being actively worked on and solution will be coming in future release.
You look for any settings related to screen capture or privacy in Aster. It may have options that restrict screen sharing or capturing.
Newer version of snipping tool has issue in running when ASTER is enabled
this is due to how the new version of snipping tool works
You have to install an old version of the snipping tool for it to work in multiple workplaces

Download the Snipping Tool 2022.2309.16.0 and install it.
This version works in multiple workplaces
newer version wont run in multiple workplaces and there is no solution for it yet.
