I was wondering what kind of specs would I need to dual livestream/record?

My specs -
i7-4790k
2x GTX 970
32 GB RAM

And I'm sure internet speed makes much of a difference too, my current upload speed is 4.9mbps. Would that be more than enough to at least get a decent 720p dual livestream going?

I also understand that much of the heavy power comes from the CPU itself, so I was wondering if my Devil's Canyon is more than up to snuff to do both at the same time.

If no answers arise anytime soon, I may just try to just test it out myself for definite answers.
