When playing Battlefield 4 , the mouse cursor is invisible.
The mouse cursor is only visisble when change to HARDWARE cursor, but.....
Change from SOFTWARE cursor to HARDWARE cursor, I have to restart PC to take effect.

Hi, why do you use software cursor? I am using hardware cursor on both workplaces all the time - while playing games or working (maybe I am missing something?).

Hey I have the same problem, where is the option in BF4 to change to hardware/software cursor?

The option to change the cursor setting is in ASTER
Click on Workplaces tab
then right click on the monitor of the workplace and choose "Hardware Cursor" and if you want to set it back to software cursor mode then right click and click on "Hardware Cursor" again
Now, you can run the game and get cursor display if it was not displaying before

Hello, I'm having the same issue. In BF4, where is the hardware/software cursor switching option?

You have to right click on the monitor in ASTER control > workplaces tab to see the hardware cursor option
Right click the monitor and click on "hardware cursor" option and it will show a check mark on it.

Afterwards, restart the application that has cursor issue and/or you may also need to reboot the computer for the option to take affect
